Registration is free and does not require a card. All we need is your name, an email address and a password — after that, a short onboarding wizard asks about your legal form, whether you are a VAT payer and which tax regime you use, then prepares a chart of accounts and a compliance checklist that match your company instead of giving you a generic template.
Even on the free Starter plan you can track income and expenses, issue your first invoices and follow a setup checklist that walks you through the obligations of a new business in Moldova. Paid plans unlock full double-entry bookkeeping, a complete journal, trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet reports, bank reconciliation, tax estimates with deadline reminders, and document management.
If you work with an external accountant, the Accountant plan lets them manage several client companies from a single login, review your entries and approve corrections. You keep ownership of the data — the accountant only receives the access you grant, and every action is recorded in an append-only audit log.
The interface is available in Romanian, Russian and English, and the engine understands Moldovan rules: VAT with versioned rates, sequential invoice numbering, statutory report structures and filing deadlines. Your data is encrypted in transit, protected by optional two-factor authentication, and you can export it at any time — we do not lock you in.
